During the second day, we will have an opportunity to discuss potential of the protected areas and its importance for sustainable regional development.

This event gives a great opportunity to celebrate the essential contribution of the Carpathian Convention, as an important forum for dialogue, in the European integration and sustainable regional development with a special focus on Ukraine. At the same time, this meeting, and especially the workshop on 23 May 2018, will allow exchange of experiences and knowledge on opportunities that the Protected Areas bring for the regional development.
