Official Partnerships

The Secretariat of the Carpathian Convention has already signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and one Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with different organizations. The conclusion of MoUs is a well-established and highly valued practice in the field of international cooperation to consolidate and enhance existing partnerships.

Article 15 CC provides the legal basis for the establishment of strategic partnerships.
