Join the Online Consultation Meeting on Large Carnivore Conservation in the Carpathians 
Together with the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic—Chair of the Carpathian Convention Working Group on Biodiversity, the Secretariat is organizing an online consultation meeting on monitoring, conflict mitigation, and poaching prevention measures within the LECA project – supporting the coexistence and conservation of Carpathian large carnivores.

As the LECA project enters its final phase, expertise and feedback from the Carpathian Large Carnivores Experts will be vital in shaping results that inform policy and guide future actions on large carnivore conservation across the Carpathians.
The consultation will also support the implementation of the International Action Plan on the Conservation of Large Carnivores and Ecological Connectivity in the Carpathians and related Convention activities.
The agenda includes presentations of project progress, discussions on draft documents, and an update on the Carpathian Lynx Strategy.
